Warmly Celebrating Guangxi Zhengdong Company's Obtaining of Special Equipment Production License for Pressure Vessels

  In order to better expand its market, Guangxi Zhengdong Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. established a certification working group in January 2021, led by Mao Heng, with personnel from quality assurance, process, materials, welding, inspection, and equipment participating. Through the unremitting efforts of all members, we successfully obtained the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China on December 12, 2022, which covers the manufacturing of pressure vessels (including installation, repair, and renovation).

In the past two years of obtaining evidence, our company has strictly followed pressure vessel standards and regulations such as TSG07-2019 "License Rules for Special Equipment Production and Filling Units" and TSG-2016 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels", as well as years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing, to prepare and implement quality assurance system documents for pressure vessel manufacturing. The system documents include "Quality Assurance Manual", "Program Documents", and "Operation Documents" Record Forms, Quality Plans, etc. The system documents have made clear provisions on the quality control points of the pressure vessel manufacturing process based on the particularity of pressure vessel products, to ensure that the quality of pressure vessel products can be effectively controlled throughout the entire process, and to ensure that the quality of each pressure vessel is safe and reliable.

In terms of personnel, there are a total of 8 pressure vessel technical leaders, design, verification, and audit personnel, 6 pressure vessel manufacturing quality assurance engineers, design, materials, processes, welding, non-destructive testing, and inspection personnel, and 4 non-destructive testing personnel to ensure the effective guarantee of the quality of pressure vessel design drawings and the effective control of the quality of each link in the manufacturing process.

In terms of hardware, in accordance with relevant regulations such as TSG07-2019 "License Rules for Special Equipment Production and Filling Units", "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution", "Regulations on the Safety and Protection of Radioisotopes and Radiation Devices", and "Classification and Management List of Environmental Impact Assessment for Construction Projects" (2021 Edition), In April 2021, the company entrusted Guangxi Beibu Gulf Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. to conduct a radiation environmental impact assessment on the company's newly built two industrial X-ray flaw detection machine application projects. On the basis of on-site investigation and analysis of radiation environmental impact, the environmental impact assessment unit has prepared a radiation environmental impact report for the construction project of Guangxi Zhengdong Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.'s newly built two industrial X-ray flaw detection machine application projects in accordance with the content and format of the national radiation environmental impact report.

The working group formulated and improved various regulations and systems for the testing room in accordance with relevant regulations. In February 2022, they applied online for the Radiation Safety Permit. After the application materials were reviewed by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Radiation Safety Permit was issued in March 2022. In June 2022, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 3100 Nuclear Geological Brigade and specially invited experts formed an environmental protection acceptance team to conduct on-site acceptance of the testing room and issue a completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring report.

In August of the same year, a pressure vessel manufacturing license application was conducted on the Guangxi government integration platform. The evaluation team visited our company for on-site appraisal and evaluation. Finally, on December 12th, it was approved by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration and issued the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China.

The production license reflects the level of production organization and control, quality management, and comprehensive management of an enterprise.
